DEADLINE:  Entry must be postmarked by April 14th LATE ENTRIES will be accepted IF IN SECRETARY’S HAND NO LATER THAN April 21st    All entries received after April 21st  will be returned unopened!!!!  PLEASE NOTE ON OUTSIDE OF ENVELOPE THE RODEO DATE.

 

 

1.  This is a TYRA approved rodeo and is sponsored by the Austin Co. Youth Rodeo Assoc.  TYRA rules will be enforced in all events.  This will be a one go round jackpot rodeo.

 

2.  The rodeo will be held at the Austin County Fairgrounds, Bellville, TexasStalls will be available @ $10.00 each R.V. Hookups are not available on the grounds.

 

3.   No parking is allowed in the fair grounds area, please park in the lot behind the show barns and entertainment building.

 

4.  Entry fees:   CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS OR CASHIER CHECKS made payable to Austin Co. Youth Rodeo Assoc. must accompany your entry.  No refunds or changes after the deadline date of April 21st

 

5.  No hats required at any time.

 

6.  All decisions by the judges and arena director will be final unless otherwise ruled by the TYRA directors.

 

7.  The back gate will be open in all roping events.

 

8.  Each event will be completed before the next one is started.

 

9.  If you find it necessary to call before April 26th, you may call Kerri Byler @ (979) 865-9409 before 9 p.m. If you leave a message I will call you back collect, or E-mail Kbyler8277@aol.com.

 

10.  If contestants are riding the same horse and need to be split on the program it is your responsibility to note it on your entry.

 

11.  No Pets, Scooters, Bikes etc. allowed in the arena area or stands.  Please no exceptions.

 

12   Please circle your event number on the entry form.

Effective January 1, 1997, a negative Coggins Test will required by law to enter any horse event, show, rodeo, etc.   It is the contestant’s responsibility to have the negative test results available at all rodeos for inspection (must be an original, no copies will be accepted).  Random checks will be made by the Texas Animal Commission.  Not having the test papers will result in the contestant being disqualified and the possibility of your animal.
