Trey Benton wins the
tie-down roping, bull riding
and all-round at the FFA
state rodeo, in Lubbock.
Also, won sixth in the team
competition for his school.
He won two- $1000
scholarships, plus jackpot
money. He also won the all
around and 6th place in the
team roping along with
winning the tiedown and bull
riding.

at the FFA Rodeo in Lubbock
this past week. They will
both be awarded with
$1,000.00 scholorships. Way

Rodeo June 1-8th in Gonzales,
Texas. He won Reserve Champion
in the Junior bull riding. He split
3/4th in the 1st go, bucked off
in the 2nd go and won the short
go with the high
point ride of the finals 76
pts. He won 3 Bob Berg buckles,
a short go qualifier plaque and
a bull riding vest.
He qualified
for Nationals and will go to
Gallup, New Mexico for the
Wrangler Junior High National
Finals June 29- July 5th, 2008.
