NON-TYRA MEMBERS ONLY: Before me, the undersigned authority, a Notary Public in and for ________county and the State of Texas, on this day, personally appeared _______________________the parents of applicant who has signed the foregoing application for entrance in the Texas Youth Rodeo Assoc. Benefit Rodeo, who upon their oath, each deposeand says: Our son/daughter, applicant above, is a capable rodeo performer and we hereby give our permission for said applicant to participate in any event in said rodeo and do hereby release the TYRA, Stock Contractors and owners, all officials and all other personnel connected with said event, from any and all liability in case of accident or injury or damage to said contestant and his/her property, etc. and if said contestant is injured, we hereby give our permission and consent for him/her to be transported to hospital and given treatment by any doctor, hospital or personnel of either and hereby release said doctor, hospital and personnel for transporting contestant to hospital and administering necessary treatment, if any.

Attached is your entry blank(s) for the OPEN TYRA Benefit Rodeo. This is the only entry blank you will receive, so don't misplace it. The secretary is Mo Cox. If you have any questions, you need to call her at 361-244-0510 (NO CALLS AFTER 5:00 P.M. PLEASE). Entries are due MARCH 24, 2008. Make checks payable to the TYRA.

Late entries will be accepted if in the secretary's hands by MARCH 31, 2008 with a $20.00 late fee. NO EXCEPTIONS! We will go by the date posted by the United States Post Office only. We will NOT mail confirmations unless you enclose a stamped, self addressed post card.

This is a one go, jackpot rodeo. This is a Open youth rodeo. TYRA members will receive points. This rodeo is to help fund year-end prizes and the costs of the TYRA Finals Rodeo. TYRA rules will be followed.

You must designate which time you would like to be up. Please coordinate with your partners before mailing your entry blank to the secretary. If two of you are riding the same horse, special request must be on your entry blank. You will not be moved once the draw has been made.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED ! ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!
