All entries should be postmarked by FEBRUARY 25TH , 2008.  Late entries will be accepted if in my hands by MARCH 3RD , 2008 accompanied with a $20.00 late fee.  All entries received after this date will be returned.

1.                  This is a one go jackpot rodeo.

2.                  Special requests must accompany the entry blank.

3.                  Events with less than four entries will not be held.

4.                  Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given and entry fees must accompany entry blanks.  No Post-dated checks will be accepted.  All returned checks will be charged a fee of $25.00 and will be reported to the TYRA Secretary if not taken care of by date of rodeo.

5.                  No confirmations will be mailed unless a self-addressed stamped envelope is included with entry blank.

6.                  TYRA Rules and dress code will be enforced.  No hats required

7.                  Back gate will be open during all roping events.

8.                  Please coordinate with your partners and specify or one will be drawn for you.

9.                  ORDER OF EVENTS: Rough Stock, Figure 8’s, Breakaway, Poles, Ribbons, Cloverleaf, Tiedown, Goats, Steer Wrestling and Team roping.

 

Effective January 1, 1997, a negative Coggins Test will be required by law to enter any horse event, show, rodeo, etc.  It is the contestants responsibility to have a negative Coggins Test results available at all rodeos for inspection (must be an original, No copies will be accepted).  Random checks will be made by Texas Animal Health Commission.  Not having the test will result in the contestant being disqualified and the possibility of the animal being quarantined. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - EMERGENCY MEDICAL RELEASE FORM FOR ROUGH STOCK AND LOCAL CONTESTANTS

Los Fresno’s Youth Rodeo Club cannot and will not assume any financial obligation incurred with injury sustained while participating in or observing their TYRA Rodeo,  but wishes to provide the best services possible in any emergency situation. Please read the following statement and fill out carefully before signing.  In case of any accident or serious illness,  I request Los Fresno’s Youth Rodeo Club to contact me.  I hereby authorize the Emergency Medical Personnel to treat and/or transport_________________________________ to the nearest hospital for treatment.  I also authorize the attending hospital to treat my child as necessary.
