MAY 9^TH & 10^TH , 2008

Entry deadline is APRIL 28^{TH ,}  2008.  Late entries will be accepted if in the hands of the secretary by MAY 5^th and accompanied by a $20.00 late fee.

1.                    Contestant must not have reached his/her 19^th birthday before 9/1/07, be married, or have been married.  Copy of birth certificate is required.

2.                    All events will be jackpot, with local figure 8 contestants receiving prizes.

3.                    Local figure 8 contestants will receive a buckle for participation.

4.                    All Around Buckles will be awarded in each age group.(Boy & Girl)

5.                    A buckle will be awarded in each event, including sub-junior.

6.                    TEAM EVENTS – Make sure your partner and you are up on the same night, or rodeo secretary will place you where needed.

7.                    Back gate will be left open in ALL roping events.

8.                    Rodeo secretary ONLY may make changes if she deems necessary.

9.                    NO CHANGES ON DAY OF RODEO!!!

10.                 NO REFUNDS after deadline of MAY 5^th, 2008.

11.                 If contestants are riding the same horse, state on entry blank.  Rodeo secretary will determine order.

12.                 Western attire, including longsleeve shirts, will be required.  No hats are required.  No caps allowed in arena.

13.                 ALL SPEED EVENT CONTESTANTS MUST ENTER ARENA THROUGH NORTHEAST GATE.

14.                 ROPERS-when you call for your stock, it belongs to you, unless there is a malfunction of arena equipment.

15.                 ROPERS-please pick up your ropes before exiting from arena.

16.                 Decisions of judges and arena director shall be final.

17.                 Any contestant who does not follow rules of conduct set forth by CCYRA & TYRA will be disqualified from competition.

18.                 Anyone caught riding a horse on Little League Park will be disqualified from competition.

19.                 Coggins papers will be checked.

20.                 No unnecessary participants or spectators are allowed in the arena, pens or chute area.

21.                 This is a TYRA sanctioned rodeo.

22.                 Event rules will be posted during rodeo.

23.                 Confirmations:  Call on MAY 8^TH  or 9^TH , 2008 between the hours of 6:30 & 9:00pm.
